Solis Financial Forensics LLC was founded by David Solis in January 2017 and operates in the greater Seattle, Washington area and the San Diego/Southern California area. Under the belief that integrity and objectivity must guide our work, the company focuses on providing clients with accurate and reliable analyses and opinions in regard to matters in which they are involved.

David Solis is the Founder and Managing Member of Solis Financial Forensics LLC. He has been performing financial forensic and business valuation services since 2007, and has worked on over one thousand separate matters over his career. David has extensive experience developing damages theories and performing analyses involving forensic accounting, lost profits, economic damages, business valuation, financial forecasting, discounted cash flows, lost compensation, business interruption, construction claims, and prejudgment interest. He has issued expert reports reflecting his professional opinions in these respective areas. As an expert witness, David has provided deposition testimony and testified in State and Federal Courts and in arbitrations. His background includes the following:

Prior Professional Experience

• Forensic Economist at Mueller & Partin, PS, Inc. from June 2007 through October 2015: David worked on litigation matters involving financial investigation/analysis, financial modeling, forensic accounting, economic damages and business valuation.

• Manager of Forensic, Economic and Valuation Services at Berntson Porter & Company from October 2015 through January 2017: David worked on litigation matters involving financial investigation/analysis, forensic accounting, economic damages and business valuation. He also performed business valuations for transaction (mergers, acquisitions, etc.) and tax purposes.

• Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington (June 2007)

• Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from Seattle University in Seattle, Washington (December 2010)
